International Shipping

Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
60-Day Return Window: Return most items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.
Condition Requirements:
- Original condition with all accessories and packaging
- No signs of damage or excessive wear
- Include all documentation and cables
Restocking fee: $15 for items under $200, $25 for items $200+
Special Considerations
In-Ear Monitors & Earphones:
For hygiene reasons, IEMs and earphones cannot be returned once opened unless defective.
Custom Products:
Custom cables and personalized items are final sale unless defective.
Open-Box Items:
Demo and open-box items have a 30-day return window and different policies.

- Receive return authorization (RMA) number
- Package item securely with RMA number visible
- Ship using provided prepaid label (US returns)
- Refund processed within 3-5 business days after inspection
International customers pay return shipping unless item is defective.
