Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

60-Day Return Window: Return most items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund.

Condition Requirements:

  • Original condition with all accessories and packaging
  • No signs of damage or excessive wear
  • Include all documentation and cables

Restocking fee: $15 for items under $200, $25 for items $200+

Special Considerations

In-Ear Monitors & Earphones:

For hygiene reasons, IEMs and earphones cannot be returned once opened unless defective.

Custom Products:

Custom cables and personalized items are final sale unless defective.

Open-Box Items:

Demo and open-box items have a 30-day return window and different policies.

Return Process

  2. Provide order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization (RMA) number
  4. Package item securely with RMA number visible
  5. Ship using provided prepaid label (US returns)
  6. Refund processed within 3-5 business days after inspection

International customers pay return shipping unless item is defective.
